Keeping Your Energy

The checkout lines at the grocery stores have all kinds of magazines geared toward women.  You've seen them (admit it).  You may have even purchased one or two of them.  (Hand raised--I'm guilty too!)  They all scream headlines of gaining more energy, having a better romantic life, how to lose 50 pounds in 3 days, so on and so forth.

Do you really want an easy way to maintain energy in your day as you work around the house and tend children?

Pray.

Exercise--intentionally.

Get a good night's sleep.  Or at least attempt to.

Get into you Bible!

Pray  (notice it's on the list 2x?)

Eat healthily. 

Pray (notice a theme here?)

These sound so simple, but how often do we actually DO them? 

Take care of yourself, so that you can be able to take care of your home and family, seving the Lord as He desires!
